Pana anul trecut eram foarte multumit de serviciile lor
De ceva perioada site-ul incarca foarte greu , am schinbat furnizorul pentru un test dintre care softul meu pe al servar incarca cu o viteza c...Ler Maise nu ma asteptam
Momentan mai am platit la ei pana in octombrie 2019 , daca nu vor rezolva problemele cu incarcarea mai rapida cu siguranta o sa migrez
Asistenta tehnica pot spune ca este de nota 1000 in special Tito B. si logan pot spune ca sunt ce-i mai profesionali
De si detin ip dedicat , mailurile mele sunt blocate de majoritatea yahoo hotmail gmail :(
Resursele la iei exemplu la share hp pot spune ca sunt limitate nu nelimitate !
Dar tinand cont de exigentele mele memonat sunt unici ce acepta node js acces ssh si FFMPEG
Spre deosebire de alti furnizori hostiso nu actualizeaza periodic cpnel !Menos

Hi all,
I am hosting my Social Engine with Hostiso for couple of years now on their dedicated server.
Their server is fully optimized for Social Engine and everything is running stable and secure since day one.

Support is ver...Ler Maisy responsive and they help with troubleshooting , checking logs and different needs that i need from time to time.

Terrible and disrespectful

Just wanted to share my story with Hostiso and warn others from using them.

So I've been using them for about 2 or 3 years. No problem to date. About a week ago my VPS suddenly stopped working. I wasn't able to connect with it ...Ler Maisthrough domain, SSH etc. Upon login the status of the account is CANCELLED.

I was a bit surprised so I opened ticket and asked them to look into it. Their response was that I must send them ID and the picture of my credit card. I understand this can be some random fraud check or something of this sort (although asking for pictures of CC numbers is a bit dodgy).

However they have never asked me to provide anything prior, no e-mail, no request, no warning or anything. They just simply canceled the account completely and didn’t even bother to contact me about it!

This behavior also goes against their own ToS:

"In case your Order is cancelled and Service(s) are not activated, Hostiso will reimburse you for all pre-paid fees within seven (7) working days as of the date of Hostiso’s formal notice to you that your Order was cancelled. We have no liability for payment of any indemnification, compensation for damage or claims related to the Orders not approved because they have failed our Fraud Screen. No interest or other charges will accrue on the advance paid amounts. "

In my case there was no prior warning from their side, no formal notice, and no attempt to contact me either before or after canceling the account. It was me who had to initiate the contact.. Not a nice way of treating a customer of several years.

Anyways, just wanted to share my experience with this company. I've been using and I'm still using various VPS providers but this is probably the worst customer service I've experienced so far.

So if you don't want to be suddenly cut off the server, lose access to your backup, family pictures etc I suggest to stay away from them.Menos
