NetLogistics support used to be incredible - easily the best company I had dealt with across the board. Then in 2018 they were bought out by Vodien and the company has gone down the toilet. Service and support in general have declined from what was easily 5 stars down to 2 at best. Slow response times, uneducated halfwits answering calls, longer resolution times...
I signed up for trial period & yes, I paid for that as well. When it comes to privacy, net logistics is absolute joke. They do not respect it at all!!! These lowlifes allow sites like chesschat.org to post anything & everything. They will post private emails, its contents, addresses, etc...There is no privacy. Worse of all, they do not follow their own TOS. Stay away from them. Also, their service is available only in australia. I must have court permission to let them know what needs to be taken down & that is another joke because court orders from other countries are not valid in australia, duh. No doubt they are associated with chesschat.org in some shape & form. Their customer service is also very rude & does not help except criticize. Net Logistics also has long reply time between its servers & outside computers. The mainframe is very slow & very old, as they also try to save money on old technology, yet they charge too much for basic service. Their portals are terrible, file manager has problems even when you try to find your own file.

This is a Jekyl and Hyde story. Until Netlogistics were taken over by Vodien, I was happy with their reliability and very happy with their tech support (usually outstanding). Since the recent takeover, I've had two occasions to call them after a server crash. The first time, after a useless contact with Vodien, I found that the old support staff were still available (not the Philippines-based Vodien answering service) and things were fixed with the usual speed and efficiency. This morning, my two hosted sites crashed (shared Linux server). Alas, the old support staff are now gone. 13 hours later the sites are still down. Not a word out of Vodien about what happened or when things will be fixed. So my score below is based on today's unhappy events. I do not recommend them now. Avoid.
Yes, this is absolutely correct. Most importantly, do not use net logistics garbage. They are inhumane. They have no heart. They have no understanding, nothing. They are super hypocrites, they do not follow their own TOS. They allow crapy websites they host like chesschat.org to post people's private emails & to accuse others of being something or somebody they are not. STAY AWAY FROM NET LOGISTICS. Extremely rude and incompetent sales staff. I put an online request to transfer my domain. They called me and were told to email the info so I could put the order through. Never sent the email and then continued calling me, literally calling me twice during a funeral. I had to keep my phone on due to expecting a possible urgent text from my wife, so I had the phone on vibrate. Next thing I'm getting another call from the Net Logistics number, so I declined the call. Obviously not respecting that I couldn't take the call, they decided to call straight back.
At this stage I was pretty over it and wondered why someone would keep badgering me when I had already told them to email me the details. Needless to say, they pushed themselves out of a sale due to sheer rudeness and the inability to complete a simple request.
I've been with Net Logistics now for 7 years. I have not had any problems with their tech support ever! they respond within minutes and have fixed every single problem I have ever had with them. I would recommend Net Logistics to my family & friends as their service has been exceptional.
