So basically you make a site that is hosted by them and it doesn't work. They don't like giving refunds. So if you want something that doesn't work and expect bad support. (you have to pay for support if you want good support) which makes it a rip off. So overall, I would give it a lower score if possible and at this point it would be better to list the things it didn't have.
