I have contacted Veesp through all of their contact details available and I am still yet to receive as little as a response. I have been professional and detailed in all of my reports, and to receive no response is quite frankly rude. If you're looking for a hosting provider which facilitates the upload of Child Sexual Abuse Material and violating Copyright Laws, and which ignores reports of these, then I 100% recommend.
They are little suspicious about foreign customers, but with this ton of scammers and spammers, who isn't? Very fast and decent support. I saw some people complaining about "rude answers", but I didn't see it. Come on dude, it's a hosting company not your psychotherapist! Just a newly arrived customer review.

Nevertheless, you ordered the server, used it for several whole days, and then asked for a refund because we do not provide the operating system you need, which you knew about beforehand. This is clearly not a legitimate reason for a refund, moreover, it can be considered fraud.

I don't know which website the user above was reporting, but you have received multiple reports about Novelhd and know that ignoring them is abetting them.
