Sou cliente a dois anos, um dos meus sites recebe hoje milhões de visitantes semanalmente, é simplesmente incrível, o servidor continua ... Mais rápido e nunca caiu...
Só para você ter uma ideia da economia que eu tenho, se eu fosse hospedar o mesmo site em uma hostgator da vida aqui no Brasil, iria me custar 200 Reais a mais!! (em torno de 60 USD)
Sobre suporte, é realmente rápido, você é respondido no mesmo dia mesmo que a prioridade do ticket seja baixa. Suporte incrivel. Menos

And AFTER I ordered the hosting and PAID for everything for TWO YEARS in advance using PayPal, they contacted me saying, that they refuse to provide the service because I used a VPN!!! Can you imagine? 3/4 of TECH YouTubers advertise VPNs, recommend using them all the time, but HawkHost has not noticed that yet in 2022, and accuses and insults it's own customers! PayPal, Amazon, Google, banks, even this TrustPilot - nobody has problem with VPNs, but them!
So why didn't they just block that possibility, with an information to the customer to disconnect from VPN and try again? Why? Because they simply don't know HOW, they are unprofessional and they fear of VPNs, which means, that they must have been badly hacked or exploited by hackers using VPNs multiple times in the past. They still don't know how to defend themselves from that, so they primitively accuse all people using VPNs of bad intentions.
I also spotted, that they don't add VAT to any invoices for EU customers, so if you live in Europe, be prepared for significant price increase in the near future, because I'm going to report that. This is, by the way, an unfair competition against other hosting companies, who pay their taxes to the EU. Menos
Hear what I'm saying. InterServer won't leave you alone, they are always sending you charges, even after you cancel your plan. I hired and used it for 3 months, then I canceled my VPS plan because it's a bad server, too slow ... Mais for sites that have a lot of visits. It's been 4 months since I canceled and I still receive charges every month.
It's no use complaining, they are synical and keep sending you billing invoices. This is ridiculous and goes against the business ethics they say they have.
Never hire InterServer if you want to grow your site. On the InterServer server WordPress emails do not work. Your site is very slow for hours and hours and you only have support from a certain contracted amount. But if you want to waste your time and money, you can ignore this message. Menos
