ciosos mesmo que o problema não seja no servidor eles respondem indicando onde buscar a solução. Super Recomendo. Único problema mesmo é no bolso infelizmente pra nós brasileiros ainda ta meio salgado a renovação, eu peguei uma promoção muito boa mesmo, porém a renovação é mais do dobro pago nos primeiros 2 anos. Mesmo assim acho que irei renovar, como citei acima a qualidade do serviço e ótimo suporte vale apena pagar um pouco mais.

know these companies better when they have problems with their servers. My experience as a customer shows that they are not agile, do not share information about what is happening, do not provide an estimate of return on services and are champions in asking us for patience.Your finance department does not return money when your SLA is broken, else they become dumb and deaf. We had a great appreciation for A2 Hosting but in recent months its quality and safety are questionable. Be carefull.
