He adamantly denied that such features were available in shared hosting plans, demonstrating a lack of knowledge. This encounter left me with no desire to proceed with a purchase, as I believe that if this is how they treat potential customers before making a payment, their post-payment support is likely to be just as disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to communicate clearly, I received nothing but rude and unhelpful responses from Danny. I frequently see their ads on Facebook, and while I had planned to make a purchase, this experience has solidified my decision to steer clear of InMotion Inc hosting.
