know these companies better when they have problems with their servers. My experience as a customer shows that they are not agile, do not share information about what is happening, do not provide an estimate of return on services and are champions in asking us for patience.Your finance department does not return money when your SLA is broken, else they become dumb and deaf. We had a great appreciation for A2 Hosting but in recent months its quality and safety are questionable. Be carefull.
