Great for Agency Hosting

are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

I was scammed with their hosting

I have lifetime plan webhostface and today i recieved a mail about discontinuation of life time plan. Message they sent to me "As you may be aware,Cen...

tOS 7 is approaching its End of Life (EOL) on June 30, 2024 . After this date, CentOS 7 will no longer receive security updates or support from the CentOS Project. This presents significant risks to your website, email and hosting services. We take security, performance, and compliance very seriously and we are forced to discontinue all lifetime hosting plans, including the one you are currently using. There are more than 4 months till its discontinuation and we have prepared a strict transfer plan, so we can ensure there is no downtime or service interruption. Our team will handle the transfer and we will test your services extensively to make sure everything is working perfectly.** All lifetime hosting plans will be discontinued on June 30, 2024 and all services will stop working." So discontinuation of supporting of free OS centos 7 was an excuse to end my plan and transfer to normal paid shared hosting. Attention, stay away from this hosting, becouse someday they they will come up with something that will end your plan unexpectedly.

owed to upgrade to Centos 7. Now the support does not update and does not give any feedback. You have a live chat attendant, but all they say is, "I'm sorry" your problem will be resolved and never resolved. I have not yet used my VPS. But getting the refund is even more difficult. If you do not trust me. I invite you to read what other people say about BlueHost here on this page. Look at the list of opinions and make your conclusions. I wanted to disagree with people who criticize BluHost, but I have not even used my VPS and I've had problems. Now I rely on the opinion and assessment of the people who write here. I hope you do the same thing.
