Great for Agency Hosting

are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

Ich war jahrelang World4You Kunde, eigentlich auch sehr begeistert - bis jetzt. Nach dem ich zwei meiner Pakete telefonisch storniert habe wurde ich a...

uf wöchentlicher Basis GEMAHNT, weil die Zahlung nicht in die Buchhaltung übernommen wurde. Anschließend habe ich drei mal beim Support angerufen (welcher freundlich war). Dort wurde mir gesagt, ich soll einfach einen Beleg der Banküberweisung mailen und das Problem wäre gelöst - war es nicht. Heute habe ich daher nochmal beim Support angerufen, wo mir nicht (obwohl ich den Beleg der Zahlung zugeschickt habe) geholfen wurde, oder gesagt wurde wofür meine vorherige Überweisung war, sondern nur dass ich die neue Rechnung trotzdem zahlen muss (obwohl ich sie eh eigentlich schon bezahlt habe). Mir war das ganze dann wegen 17€ zu blöd - aber ich werde NIE wieder, weder privat, noch mit meiner Medienagentur JEMALS WIEDER bei World4You kaufen. Ich bin sowas von genervt und enttäuscht... echt schwach.

owed to upgrade to Centos 7. Now the support does not update and does not give any feedback. You have a live chat attendant, but all they say is, "I'm sorry" your problem will be resolved and never resolved. I have not yet used my VPS. But getting the refund is even more difficult. If you do not trust me. I invite you to read what other people say about BlueHost here on this page. Look at the list of opinions and make your conclusions. I wanted to disagree with people who criticize BluHost, but I have not even used my VPS and I've had problems. Now I rely on the opinion and assessment of the people who write here. I hope you do the same thing.
