tacenter in Dallas - they sent out migration emails to people saying that servers were being migrated. Not very clear. They literally turned off all servers in that datacenter even if you were a paying client, and proceeded to flat delete all data. If you missed the email, tough. I have spoken with others that were affected by this, same response. " We will give you 2 free months of service, but your data is gone ". Considering that these servers were virtuals, they could have literally just migrated the files to operational servers, instead they send emails, and just shut you off. Period. This is horrible and unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Never hire InterServer to host your website

Hear what I'm saying. InterServer won't leave you alone, they are always sending you charges, even after you cancel your plan. I hired and used it for...

3 months, then I canceled my VPS plan because it's a bad server, too slow for sites that have a lot of visits. It's been 4 months since I canceled and I still receive charges every month. It's no use complaining, they are synical and keep sending you billing invoices. This is ridiculous and goes against the business ethics they say they have. Never hire InterServer if you want to grow your site. On the InterServer server WordPress emails do not work. Your site is very slow for hours and hours and you only have support from a certain contracted amount. But if you want to waste your time and money, you can ignore this message.
